This notice explains how data submitted through RiparoSUP is handled when you request an assessment and repair.
Who manages the data
The RiparoSUP service, with contact address at Via del Prete 121, 47841 Cattolica (RN), Italy. For questions or requests, email hello@bussolarialessio.me.
Data we use
We use contact information, the return address, damage details, photographs, tracking and request history. Card data is handled directly by Stripe and is not stored by RiparoSUP.
Why we use it
The data is used to assess the damage, manage the request, communicate with you, arrange the return and meet the service's administrative and security obligations.
Providers involved
We use Stripe for payments, Resend for email and AWS S3 in Europe to store attachments privately. Providers process data according to their respective agreements and privacy notices.
Retention and your rights
We retain data for as long as required to manage the request and applicable obligations. You can ask for access, correction, deletion or information about processing by emailing the address above. Some information may need to be retained where required by law.
